Job Description

1. Manage the content creation process whether in-house or outsourced
2. Manage the in-house content creation process and also liason with outsourced vendors for content creation, for our web properties
3. Benchmark and make plans for the content development and enhancement process for the web properties
4. Manage the community building process (including increasing user interaction on the web properties and also on social media)
5. Manage the moderation process to ensure high quality interaction
   Identify keywords and target areas for focused content development
6. Manage a team of 5-10 Content writers, moderators and community managers

Education and Exp:

1. Graduate in any discipline (A degree in english will be a plus)
2. Should have 1-4 years experience in managing content teams and background in content creation

Candidate profile:

1. Excellent Writing and Managerial skills
2. Internet Product and Content experience is a must
3. Basic knowledge of SEO
4. Experience in making data driven decisions including use of analytics platforms such Google Analytics.
5. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively
6. Able to communicate design through mock-ups, prototypes, flow diagrams, wireframe models and written specifications
7. Strong analytical and problem solving ability
8. Excellent written and verbal communication

Salary: Rs. 4,00,000 – 6,00,000
