VP-Sales/Head Sales
at Viva Infomedia Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, India
• Skilled in formulation of new products, enhancement of existing products, business strategy,
• Handling Alliances, Joint ventures and Business partnerships
• Interacting with corporate houses wherever necessary in order to close a deal.
• Moving the sale through the entire sales process ending after the transition to an Account Manager. This includes taking an active role in the RFP process.
• Forecasting on regular basis, (monthly , quarterly review towards the executive team)Qualify business opportunities thoroughly and manage the pipeline
• Together with the product management/ Business Heads, he will work out business cases (projections of income)
• Managing, controlling, coaching and evaluating the staff, in order to give the necessary support and to guide the employee towards optimum performance
• Succeeded in building and maintaining relationships with top, mid management, decision makers, third party partners and external agencies through value-based selling, meeting volumes &profitability targets with excellent level of retention.
• Developing & implementing competitive strategies for generating project sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
• Identifying and networking with prospective clients from various sectors, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
• Designing & executing effective marketing plans, including P&L structures designed to assure achievement of agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives.
Understanding of industry trends that directly relate to our business strategies and client base.
Achieve revenue targets in areas of IVR, USSD, VAS.

Experience - 7 - 12 Years
