Experience in a retail outlet with exposure to researching distributors, key brands, importers and meeting them, sending proposals and closing deals will be preferred. An eye for buying and merchandising would be an added bonus.

Job Description: – Build and manage the product catalogue for all products. – Incubate key anchor brand relationships – Develop schemes for successful products. – Develop category sponsor / sub category sponsorship with principle brands – Manage multiple distributor relationships for each brand.

About the company:

An e-commerce start up, venturing to set up a online store for mother-care and infant-care products and services. The site is to be launched in July/August 2010. The entity is setting up offices in Delhi and Mumbai with warehouses opening in 7 major cities over the next 18 months.
