YourNextLeap is a recommendation engine which acts as a virtual career counselor to help students make smarter career decisions.

We are looking for a brilliant engineer to join the core team and scale the recommendation engine and other web features of YourNextLeap.

We are looking for people who:

• are intelligent and ambitious
• are passionate about and know how to build quality products on the web
• can think and execute how to scale up a web infrastructure
• have 1-2 years of web development experience in either Java/Ruby on Rails/Python
• have experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Testing Frameworks and BDD/TDD tools, Git etc. is a plus
• live or want to live in Pune
