YourNextLeap is a recommendation engine which acts as a virtual career counselor to help students make smarter career decisions.

We are looking for a brilliant engineer to join the core team and scale the recommendation engine and other web features of YourNextLeap. As part of the responsibilities, you will be a key decision maker on building and designing a scalable framework, architecture and hands-on code for YourNextLeap suite of products.

We are looking for people who:

• are intelligent and ambitious
• are passionate about and know how to build quality products on the web
• can think and execute how to scale up a web infrastructurehave atleast 2-3 years of web development experience in either Java/Ruby on Rails/Python
• are comfortable with Agile working, fast shipment of code and releasing new versions fast as per feedback from market
• have experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Testing Frameworks and BDD/TDD tools, Git etc. is a plus
• have the passion to work on real-world problem solving products, not just assembling code for a clientlive or want to live in Pune
