Position: Graphic Designer & Illustrator

Job Description:
Developing screen designs and its elements for websites.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Preferably a commercial arts graduate for reputed institute .Creative Self-starter, Experience in designing elegant user interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications with Passion for social web, websites and branding, Good aesthetic sense, flair for visualization , skills and aptitude. Should be able to work in startup environment.
Requirements:
1. Experience in designing elegant user interfaces for web platforms and mobile applications with passion for social web, websites and branding.
2. Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Adode Illustrator, Corel Draw, Pixlr
3. Good aesthetic sense, flair for visualization , skills and aptitude
4. Ability to design screen elements from requirements with high visual impact.
5. Ability to produce company collaterals like posters, characters, badges, other elements with clear content layout and chosen color palletes.
6. Ability to work with short deadlines
7. W3C / Understanding of the importance of web usability, - accessibility & standards.
8. Adaptability to iterative design process with continuous feedback and direct communication with the team.
9. Creative Self-starter in search for constant improvement.
Nice to have -
Previous startup experience preferred.
