Project Leader
Role:
Development in LAMP environment with a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive LAMP experience.
Responsibilities:
• Hands-on LAMP based Technical Project Management
• High traffic/load Portal Management experience is a must
• Monitoring and ensuring optimal utilization of resources
• To front-end clients, manage change requests and ensure Service Delivery within timelines
• Advise team members on functional and technical aspects
• Regularly coordinate and integrate inputs from internal teams as well as the client
• Set up processes leading to streamlining of projects and better execution
• Benchmarks & ensuring high quality service availability
• Conduct regular evaluation and review of projects and team performance
• Understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms
Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Team/Project Management with the Telecom or IT industry
• 6 – 9 years of overall experience in the same technical domain
• Ability to go hands-on
• Hands-on experience in Apache & Mysql configuration & tuning
• Clear understanding of Mysql replication / Load balancing
• Experience in maintenance & management of production portals (page load time / traffic management / etc.)
• Strong LAMP Experience & command (PHP/MYSQL/APACHE/LINUX)
• Commanding people / task management skills
Good to have -
1. BE/BTech
2. Good communication skills
3. Worked in product based company
4. Mumbai based
