Main Duties
Digital / internet / Online ad sales experience is a must
Meet prospective clients and agencies on a day-to-day basis
Deliver business as per agreed revenue targets
Execute a plan for short and long-term business to deliver desired results.
Formulate marketing strategies to meet agreed objectives
Monitor marketplace to keep abreast of industry developments / opportunities
Personal Attributes
Graduate or an MBA from a reputed institute
More than 2 years experience, with 1 years + in the online industry.
Large Portal/ website/ Ad network sales Experience a “MUST Have”
Ability to understand the key elements affecting success in an online environment and communicate these effectively to senior client executives
A consultative approach to the sales process
A good understanding of Internet business and payment models, especially results-based models
Strong negotiation skills,
Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
Knowledge of, and contacts within, the Indian advertising and sales industry.
Proven ability to deliver results within set timescales
Strong interpersonal skills are required (both internally and externally)
Excellent time management and decision-making skills
Professional attitude and presentation required
