Senior Product Specialist - Bangalore and Mumbai location

Looking for a Senior Product Specialist for
a leading mobile VAS company for Bangalore and Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating internally for creating scope of work for deployments
Creating deployment / change request documents
Working with Engineering and Customization team for change / enhancement requests
Ensure timely Deployment and work towards client SLA’s and expectations
Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables
Conducting UAT with customers and taking sign off from the customers.
Should have worked on Linux Platform.
Should have hands on experience on configurations of product.
Track and debug issues and ensure RCA
Providing reports to an agreed schedule (or on request) on account /service performance reports.
• Will ensure end to end delivery of products and services as per agreed timelines, ensuring quality and service levels. Should be able to pay close attention to details and think analytically.
• Will be Responsible for the identification and tracking of issues to completion.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or the equivalent.
At least 3+ yrs relevant industry experience
Project/IT/Services background essential
Exposure on Microsoft Visio, Project planner required
Python, Shell scripting experience preferred.
HTML CSS exposure preferred.
