Product Quality Engineer Certification - Bangalore location

Looking for Product Quality Engineer Certification for a leading Mobile VAS Co., 0- 2 years’ experience in software quality assurance and functional testing. The candidate will be involved in handset certification. Should have hands on experience on Linux & unix. Good understanding of working with databases, SQL, knowledge of Java.
Key Responsibilities
Operational -
• Support the Marketing and Development teams in reviewing the specifications
• Participate in defining engineering approaches and in planning/scheduling work
• Review and approve design changes from a certification perspective
• Define certification tests and pass/fail criteria
• Review and monitor certification processes and procedures
• Study new platforms in order to define eligible-to-roadmap devices
• Generate and maintain all certification and study related documents such as process flowcharts, certification manuals, work instructions, visual aids, test report templates, device capabilities in consistent and standardized formats
• Compiles certifications and studies documentation for submission to Commercial, Customer and OEM
• Maintain certifications platforms
• Discuss fixes and workarounds with Internal teams, Customer and OEM
• Generate training materials and presentations for Internal teams and Customer
Skill Set -
• Good understanding of working with databases, SQL, knowledge of Java.
• Hands on experience of working in UNIX & Linux environment.- Basic
