Product Specialist - Bangalore and Mumbai Location
at HumanShastra in Bengaluru, India
Looking for Product Specialist for a leading Mobile VAS Co., with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience. Excellent knowledge and experience on Tomcat, Apache, familiarity with Unix platform, Oracle and Mysql is required. The candidate will be involved in integration and should have experience on linux environment. The candidate will be conducting UAT with customers and provide L2 support.
Key Responsibilities
Operational-
Creating deployment / change request documents.
Coordinating with Engineering and Customization team for change / enhancement requests.
Ensure timely Deployment and work towards client SLA’s and expectations.
To ensure customer environment stability through proactive initiatives
(Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the customer's environment).
Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Conducting UAT with customers and taking sign off from the customers.
Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are followed.
Providing feedback to the Supportive team.
Training the other supportive teams.
Providing L2 support..
Providing reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports.
Developmental–
• Python/PERL/Shell scripting experience required.
• Java, J2EE development exposure preferred.
• HTML CSS exposure preferred.
Strategic –
• Exposure on Microsoft Visio, Project planner preferred.
Skill Set–
Excellent knowledge and experience on Tomcat, Apache, familiarity with Unix platform, Oracle and Mysql is required.
