The Job responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise and strong leadership in the architecture of various .NET based projects
Technically lead and mentor software development teams
Lead technical design sessions with internal teams and customers; review customer technical specifications and requirements.
- Learn the fundamentals of the customer's business to comprehend requirements. Understand requirements and provide accurate development estimates.
- Ensure development and test standards are met for each project.
Explain application architecture decisions and their rationales to client management and technical teams.
Keep abreast with the latest trends in the technology.
Evangelize .NET development practices and methodologies
The Attributes:
At least 5 years of enterprise software development experience with strong background in C# , .NET 2.0 and .NET 3.5
At least 2 years of experience in the role of Architect in building 3-tier Service Oriented Architectures.
Ability to model a SQL Server 2005 Database that is extensible enough and meeting the future requirements of the customers.
Experience in Sharepoint technologies is a bonus.
Experience working on ORMappers, .NET 3.5 or LINQ is a big plus.
Comfort and agility with more than one development approach and tool set.
Extremely comfortable in all techie terms: Windows services, .NET Remoting, XML/XSLT, Web Services, ASP.NET,ADO.NET, Ajax.
Solid communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Very good understanding of usability and user experience concepts related to UI development.
Location - Hyderabad
