Manager – Web Analytics

Job Summary:
The person shall be responsible for increased buyer engagement on suppliers catalogs by analyzing end-to-end user behavior. He shall be able to closely monitor the traffic entry points, navigation on the website and exit points, leading to improved conversion in terms of generated leads. Candidate shall be hands-on in understanding funnel and implementing A/B testing on Google Analytics and other analytical tools to achieve the objective.
Job Profile:
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Monitoring, analysis and measurement of end-to-end user experience on the website
2. Optimize the website using best practices i.e. Google Page Speed, YSlow and other tools
3. Tracking and improving activities per session, time spent per visitor on website and similar parameters
4. Plan and implement usability tests throughout product lifecycle and analyze results for resolving usability issues
5. MIS presentation of the analysis to the management.
Desired Profile:
Qualification: MBA
Experience:
• Min 2-4 years of experience in Understanding user behavior, Online Analytics and Process management
• Multi-tasking and managing various products/ processes simultaneously
• Achieving measurable results by tracking and improving on page content positions and messaging
• Human-computer interaction and usability analysis
Required Skills:
• Great knowledge of Google Analytics tools including A/B testing
• Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Expert in usage of Microsoft excel for interpreting the numbers, and preparing actionable reports
• Hands-on in usage of web elements like HTML / JS / CSS shall be additional advantage
• Knowledge of web technologies like Yslow / PageSpeed and other related tools shall be an added advantage
