Job Summary:
The person shall be responsible for creating and maintaining alliances by leveraging our extensive asset base of
including the website, databases, event properties and sales reach across the country.
The job also entails taking up cross-functional projects around process optimization. This is includes items like new business lines, revamping existing processes et al.
The position reports into Head of Marketing and will not initially have a team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Proactively monitor market and industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities .
2. Work with cross functional teams to drive organizational initiatives.
3. Identify and develop partnerships.
Desired Profile: -
1. 2-5 years of marketing experience.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Track record in formulating and executing alliances
4. Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs against key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and retention, etc.) with an eye for detail.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong competency in MS Office especially in Excel.
