ROLE –STRATEGICPLANNER (DIGITAL)
Provide strategic support in planning and implementing communication activities within the digital arena and be responsible for insights/inspiration/strategy for outstanding creative output. Mine and articulate relevant insights for devising communication strategies across the digital medium. Responsible for funneling creative inspiration through well articulated creative briefs and driving brainstorming sessions.. Creating compelling content and digital experiences that influence and shape behavior favourably towards brands.

HIRING PROFILE:
Postgraduate in marketing/communications with 3-4 years experience in strategic planning, including at least 2 in digital planning. May come from a digital agency/ mainline ad agency, but with proven capabilities in the digital medium. Deep understanding of the constantly changing relationship between people and brands through digital media. Not only have to think in terms of messaging, but interaction and interfaces. Strong knowledge of technology, how it works, what it is used for by people, implications for the brand, business. Abreast of trends and spend a good deal of time understanding how consumers in various verticals use digital in their everyday life, from researching to web surfing to social media. Should be able to bring more insight to digitally focused ideas rather than mere campaign focused creative.
