Senior PHP Developer/jQuery Ninja

Jutera is revolutionizing the intersection between content & commerce. Jutera owns and operates a series of web-based performance marketing properties that give users offers based on their interests. We are venture backed, but we're a small ninja start-up looking for people that excel in a start-up enviornment with loads of responsibility.
You:
You'll be building systems that are super high trafficked and used by consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders. We need systems that are efficient in accessing targeting data/parameters and displaying appropriate responses & content. When you're not building optimized delivery systems, you're building reporting/performance dashboards for for use by partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proficiency in PHP both with and without MVC frameworks
Solid foundation of command line usage of PHP
Deep knowledge with Javascript/Jquery {Ajax patterns, DOM manipulation}
Experience with server side application development and scalable web-services, especially REST.
Experience with SQL, query optimization and database design.
Experience in scaling applications with data sharding and/or caching via memcached, mongodb etc.
Knows how to weight the trade-offs of using an open-source solution, licensing, or building from scratch.
Familiarity with version control {subversion, git}
Familiarity with high-availability large scale buildout patterns {know when to cache, how long to cache, where to shard/cache}
Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
