Akosha looking for Senior Editor
at Akosha in Delhi, India
What we do:
We help unhappy customers in getting their complaints against brands resolved quickly.
We are a team of 6 passionate individuals working out of Delhi, Noida and Mumbai.
We are backed by The Morpheus and funded by one of the most influential Venture Capital firms in the world.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing Akosha's info.akosha.com portal which is fast becoming India's best destination for consumer to understand their problems and rights. Your primary goal is to make Akosha content as compelling and engaging as possible and evolve an editorial voice.
Develop new content ideas around audio, video, slideshows, cartoons and other forms of creative content;
Create, develop and manage content and oversee freelancers, including writers, interns etc.
Interact with Akosha viewers (our traffic is growing 30% month on month)
Managing Social Media activities on Facebook, Twitter etc.
What to expect:
No dress code - dress the way you want.
Lots of hard work + challenging targets.
A fast paced environment where ideas are always welcome
Competitive salary depending upon your ability and experience (Rs.3-4 lakhs p.a. - negotiable)
What are we looking for:
Minimum experience of 2 years in content/editorial/copy editing
Graduate from reputed colleges in India
Excellent research skills
Good written and spoken communication skills
