Product Manager: Enterprise Systems

Background & Skills
•Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field. Business education is a plus.
•5+ years of professional experience in Technology.
•3+ years of professional experience as Enterprise Product Manager

Product Owner (preferably with Agile teams).
•Demonstrated experience in developing products from concept to launch
•Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications
•Good knowledge of database and structures.
•Past experience in web programming languages..
•Experience in designing/using simple and intuitive user-interfaces
•Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
•Excellent team player, with the ability to lead without formal authority

Responsibilities
•Ideate solutions to help our users be more productive
•Understand, analyze, and research user needs, market, and competition
•Define requirements from high-level themes to actionable features
•Manage the evolving Product Backlog
•Establish shared vision across company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
•Collaborate with Engineers and Designers throughout the execution cycle
•Define and analyze metrics to assess the success of our products
