Job Description

1. Create and manage product requirement document and team goals.
2. Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, track product development and launch product on time
3. Conduct competitive analysis and research regularly and identify areas for differentiation.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis
5. Analyzing product metrics and user needs regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (A technical degree will be a plus)

Candidate Profile

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good command on English language.
2. Strong analytical and problem solving ability
3. Good understanding of web apps and how users interact with them
4. Experience developing, launching, managing and consumer oriented websites
5. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Analytical and detail oriented exploration of data to discover patterns, relationships, anomalies and trends.
7. Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively

Experience Level

• 1-4 years of experience as a business / product analyst, preferably in Internet / web space

Salary – Rs. 3,00,000 – 5,00,000
