Job Profile:

Revenue Enhancement & Business Operations (VAS):

*Designing various marketing activities with vendor partners for enhanced revenue generation.

*Tracking competition and launch promotions to encourage adoption and revenue.

*Managing various promotional tools like SMS, OBDs, Tele-calling, Cell Id, PCN & BOD for promoting VAS services & applications (both Usage & Retention) for 2G & 3G VAS.

*Working closely with customer care team to ensure customer satisfaction & customer communication is taken care of.

*Strategic Product for brand enhancement.

*Rollout Strategic product based on brand requirement.

Infrastructure development & MIS

*Analysis of MIS to track daily performance of acquisition, renewal, churn & revenue.

*To do specific targeted promotions of Media/In-House Portals.

Retention & Churn Management:

*Studying the consumer behavior and devising customer retention programs to reduce churn

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6- 10yrs of experience in VAS Industry

• Excellent teamwork skills

*Skills in strategising, planning and delivering alternate approaches aimed at enhancing business results in a demanding environment
