Full-time Account Manager

at Times Business Solutions Ltd in Noida, India

1. It’s a purely corporate sales profile with B2B sales done. The person will be given a set of clients in an area. The corporate/SME/Consultant will have to be mapped by the person. In the given set of accounts there will be mix of acquired, non users and anti clients.
2. The job requires acquiring all the clients. After acquiring the job requires to get the maximum share of the recruitment business compared to competition.
3. There are multiple contact points in all the corporate most common of the touch points are HR Heads, HR Managers, HR executive, Brand Manager, Corporate Communications etc

Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists/what it must achieve)
1. To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region / market.
2. Should be able to acquire large number of accounts in terms of
quantity.
3. To achieve the sales / revenue target from new clients.
4. To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the
specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to
their specifications.
5. Ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients.
6. To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other
factors influencing sales.
7. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and
partnership based relationship.
8. Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure
Business Professionalism & Integrity.

Skills Required:
B2B Sales experience is preferable
Excellent Communication Skills
Good Negotiation Skills

Experience: 1 yr-3.5 yrs
Education Qualification: Graduatues, MBA/PGDM, Pref MBA's

Salary: As per Industry Standards
