• Conceptualization & creation of web-based content that includes mailers, blogs, product collaterals, micro sites etc. Ability to write concise, clear and engaging communication.
• Evolve ways to engage with the audience by developing & implementing innovative content strategies.
• Measures of performance would be in terms of the ability to adhere to deliverable timelines, and the traction being generated by content usage, like the open rates of mailers, user engagement on forums etc.
