Must have done web development in past using .NET (ASP.net with C#) – hardcore programming. No experience required as such but coding should be in your genes.

Web Based Development Technologies like .NET, XML, AJAX, HTML (HTML 5 is a plus).
Backend development skills in MySQL database.

• Ability to analyze & create functional and development specs.
• Ability to design technical architecture.
• Ability to translate specs into technical flows & implement the business logic using algorithms & functions.
