Profile : Forum Strategy Team.
We’re looking for interns with past experience of starting and running a forum - hobby or otherwise.
Project: Would involve implementing/ re- engineering processes and development and implementation of systems.
Job Description :
Forming a Content strategy - Monthly, Quarterly , Semi - annually and annual process to increase interactivity and engage a community feeling.
Forming Selection & Recruitment Policy and HR operations for Paid and Voluntary moderators.
Functional Capabilities :
Proven Past Track record of starting and handling a forum.
A keen eye to detail on policy formation, code of conduct, inter change of discussions, content decisions and direction of threads etc essentially setting up processes and guidelines for our forum moderators.
