Technology Head

Looking for a Head of technology to manage the entire front end of an ecommerce start up www.mylace.in. From putting together a team of programmers to ensure smooth running and up gradation of the platform to making key management decisions.
a. Expert in Magento platform
b. Young energetic go-getter with solid technical experience
c. Great understanding of Indian retail industry
d. Experience of e commerce business is a must
e. A track record of excellence reflected in professional experience and academics
f. Technical Breadth – Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, technologies would allow CTO to understand and apply appropriate solutions. Strong design, coding, architecture skills.
g. Exposure to complete product development cycles – From inception to production to scaling up, supporting new requirements, re-architectures - the CTO should have seen it all and ideally in multiple cycles. Should have been part of scalable product development cycles with large data handling exposure for 3+ years.
