Senior Manager - Search Marketing

Senior Manager, Search Marketing
Role
People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd. is a leading multi-brand consumer internet company with several successful global businesses to its credit. A part of People Group, the company has revolutionized the Internet and New Media industry in India with brands such as Shaadi.com, Makaan.com and Fropper.com.
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the Search marketing (organic and paid search) strategy and operations for the company and its brands including Shaadi.com, Makaan.com and Fropper.com.
Responsibilities
1. Ability to drive and implement ROI based Search Marketing strategy including Paid and Organic Search.
2. Constantly improve the volume and cost delivered through search campaigns by driving keyword expansion, keyword rankings, paid search account structures, quality score, landing page and onsite and offsite optimization.
3. Develop and drive testing, such as A/B or multivariate tests, for key SEM/SEO performance levers, such as ad copy or description and landing pages.
4. Work closely with different internal teams such as creative, product, technology and other marketing teams to share knowledge and improve existing service / performance levels.
5. Keep track of industry trends and follow best practices to achieve business performance goals.
6. Develop, manage and leverage vendor relationships and drive incremental value through insights, testing or research.
7. Use tracking tools to monitor progress and deliver periodic performance and project reports.
8. Recommend and drive system and process improvements to automate routine tasks and streamline workflow.
Requirements
1. MBA/MCA/BTech/Other PG qualification
2. 6 to 9 years of overall experience, at least 3 to 4 years of which should have been on the client side for a reputed internet brand at a large scale.
3. Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
4. Must have a strong understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing domain.
5. Ability to manage, mentor, lead and motivate a team of paid and organic search professionals.
6. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Good to have
1. Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them.
2. Mumbai based.
