Academic Qualification Required:
• Graduation - Engg. Degree or Diploma
• Certification/ diploma course in web development (Design+Development)
• Management degree or diploma would be advantage
Required Skill Set:
• Some hands on experience of Web/ Application development
• Should be aware of the Software development process.
• Some experience of Requirement Gathering, Project Analysis and Scoping of the Project

Job Description:
• Manage Projects end to end.
• Look after the functional details of a project like managing timelines, guidelines, delivery, documentation, processes, Quality, etc.
• Interact with Clients and look after their requirements, satisfaction of delivery and quality, add value to their projects or proposals.
• Manage the people involved in the development of the project
• Communicate effectively to and between the team members with regards to the projects.
• Manage the efficiency of the Team and the Projects.
• Finish the project in time and under the budget as given to you.
• Review the project on its completion.
• Providing weekly and monthly regular MIS to the company management.
Desired Experience:
4 to 6 years of industry experience
2-3 Years of Team/ Project lead experience.
Should have worked as a team lead or project lead in a web solutions/ application devp firm, leading a team of min 5-8 people
