Job Profile:Supporting sales function by providing pre-sales technical & product support to the prospective clients through account management, requirement gathering, proposal creation, solution design, bid preparation & post sales product support in Mobile VAS domain.
1. Pre-sales product & technical support to boas product sales in carrier network.
2.Identify new product opportunities in the area of Mobile VAS domain.
3.Engage with customers/potential customers to develop business & technical requirements.
4.Lead product development by consolidating market requirements & product roadmap.
5.Manage product delivery & after sales product support & roadmap.
6.Create product documentation, brochure, marketing support materials.
7.Train & transfer product knowledge to the field support personals.
7+ yrs (atleast 3 Years in product pre-sales).
B.E/B.Tech, MBAs(preferred)
