Manager - Product
at One97 Communications Ltd. in Noida, India
Responsible for the product from inception to launch and will drive a cross-functional team to ensure products are innovative and bring new possibilities to telecom users, and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify market requirements, define product vision,
- To initiate/Ideate new product
- Deployment, and Execution of the Product
- Implement overall product roadmap and product enhancement
- Work closely with the Engineering team, User design, operations and other functional domain teams
- Help pre-sale/sales team to develop product notes.
Skills and Experience:-
- End to end Product management experience of software/web technologies.
- Demonstrable experience of gathering design requirements and converting them into a product vision.
- Hands-on developing internet products and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes and iterations.
- Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong quantitative analytical abilities.
- Excellent general technical skills.
- Candidates from Internet, Telecom, Telecom VAS companies are highly preferred
Experience - 4-6 years.
Education - B.E./B.Tech/MBA
