Facebook’s Online Sales Operations team is dedicated to supporting and expanding Facebook’s online advertisers. Team members will be responsible for demonstrating the value of Facebook’s advertising solutions and providing pre and post sales support for all ad products. This position is full time and located in our new Hyderabad, India office. All applications should include a Cover Letter.

Responsibilities

• Review ads to ensure compliance with Facebook’s Advertising Guidelines
• Identify advertising trends to enhance ad policies that will improve user experience and advertiser satisfaction
• Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve global efficiency
• Provide email support to small and medium advertisers for all Online Sales ad products
• Optimize advertiser accounts to help improve performance of ad campaigns
• Gather advertiser feedback to enhance current and future ad products

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution Critical thinker
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad products
• 0-4 years of total work experience
• Customer service experience a plus
