Facebook is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to join our Hyderabad office. Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight, insight and assistance for projects executed within the department
• Support staffing of projects by working with the recruiting teams to develop requisitions
• Interview candidates and assess project personnel to ensure appropriate skills mix for project objectives
• Support the career development of technical staff and work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for 25+ requisitions Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
• Drive offer process – including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
• Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
• Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Facebook and our talent acquisition team
• Develop alliances with leading technical vendors and service providers
• Support establishment of appropriate environments to enable product evaluation and demonstrations

Requirements

• Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry
• 5-10 years recruiting/ management experience from a search firm or in-house recruiting team
• Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Experience sourcing candidates
• Willingness to lead, mentor, and support a recruitment team
