Social Media Specialist/ SMO/ Web Content Writer

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must excel at online research, possess excellent writing skills and have the ability to create editorial content at a moment’s notice. Excellent writing and communication skills are a must.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Experience in writing content for the web in the form of blogs, newsletters etc., Experience in handling social media marketing/smo/online reputation management via facebook, orkut, linkedin, twitter etc for known internet/financial services brands, Knowledge of social listening tools such as TweetDeck and Google Alerts.
Knowledge/Experience of SEO would be an added plus. Experience in writing financial/ business content would be an added plus.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined social media strategy in a manner that supports Unicon’s marketing and customer support initiatives while increasing brand equity and online brand awareness.
a) Analyse and evaluate both existing and potential social media
b) Identify, interpret and capitalise on social media trends
c) Create, maintain and execute a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule that is in-line with company’s marketing and customer support initiatives
d) Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all social media programs and initiatives
e) Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships and social media programs targeted towards key customer segments
f) Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of social media tactics and programs
g) Develop benchmarks to evaluate the efficacy of social media programs and implement improvements as required
h) Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations
i) Create and develop new communities relevant to Unicon’s line of business and actively engage with the online community
j) Develop understanding of different customer segments and marketing initiatives targeted towards them
k) Develop effective communication for various marketing/ business initiatives based on customer & business understanding
l) Conduct web research for writing informative articles around online trading that support online marketing/customer support initiatives
SALARY - Rs. 2.4 -3.6 lpa
