EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA with Engineering/Maths/Statistics/Science/ Economics background (understanding of business and comfort with quantitative analysis is essential)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: min 2 yrs experience in product management/ business analyst role with exposure to internet/mobile/ new media products.
A high level of interest in internet & capital markets/stock trading and a real passion for struggling through the odds to achieve success will be the most important factor for this job.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Understanding customers, gathering their requirements, helping to define product vision and strategy in line with business objectives and goals for Unicon's Internet Trading Product. Coordinating with internal teams for on-time product/ feature releases with appropriate promotions/marketing.
Research, requirements definition and timely implementation of product/ feature releases to ensure product leadership for Unicon’s internet business products in the market
a) Develop understanding of various customer segments, competitive offerings and industry trends
b) Scoping and developing requirements specifications for new products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products
c) Manage cross functional product release efforts
d) Ensure fully tested and timely product/feature releases
e) Constantly improving key product metrics, competitive analysis and identifying areas for differentiation
CTC - Rs. 4-5 lakhs per annum
