Job Summary:
The person shall be responsible for branding and advertising of IndiaMART.com, supporting IndiaMART.com’s growth and revenue generating efforts through effective and result focused online and offline marketing communication.
Job Description:
- Proactively monitor market and industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities.
- Design, plan and execute ATL, BTL and Online marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with sales team to identify market‐specific value propositions, key messages, and account strategies. Support client acquisition team through marketing collaterals, product brochures, proposals, corporate AV/presentations.
- Work with cross functional teams to drive marketing communication initiatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with creative, digital/ad networks, publishers (print, tv, radio, internet etc.) and event management agencies.
- Identify and develop partnerships (Title Sponsorships) with industry events for brand experience and awareness.
- Manage, motivate and empower team to get desired results and quality.
- Define key success factors and performance metrics for marketing programs and analyze results accordingly.
Skill Sets:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in formulating and executing marketing campaigns, including forecasting, strategies and budget allocation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs against key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and retention, etc.) with an eye for details.
- Experience in working with creative groups including creative brief development, copy, design and creative review.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong competency in MS Office especially in Excel.
Experience:
- 5 years of marketing experience.
