3+ Years Experience. C#/ Databases (any)/ASP.NET 2.0 and above. HTML / CSS / GUI Design. PHP/Joomla/Flash experience a plus.
Must want to work in startup environment with strong desire to do whatever it takes as you juggle several roles in a small and dynamic setup with short delivery cycles.
Good spoken / written skills are required / previous work with small teams is a plus.
We are a small self-funded startup based out of Mumbai/Pune and have been in operation since Jan 2009. As founders we bring 18+ years of experience to the startup and have been involved in Internet businesses since the late 90’s. The job location is based in Pune, where the potential candidate will be an employee of a offshoring company that is providing us with the Engineering infrastructure for Youpid.
We would like to stress that like in any startup, you will be required to take on many roles as part of your job and as such be exposed to the entire range of tasks that comes with designing and delivering a high performance website to customers, you will take part in the entire lifecycle of your projects right from requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deploying.
You will be working with the Founders and the existing team side by side and the opportunity to learn and hone your skills is boundless. We work with several technologies, primarily on the DotNet platform with MySQL as our back-end and also work in technologies such as jquery/LinQ/AJAX/Web Services. The product is already live in beta and we’re growing our team to ramp up our time to market with our offerings.
