The incumbent will be responsible for:
Client relations
Transaction management
Assignment strategy and execution
Candidate development and evaluation and research management.
Graduates / Post graduates with recruitment experience ( 2 - 10 years) or exposure to the service sector in other functions. Experience in a media related company would be an added advantage. A willingness to learn in a result oriented team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Should possess good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to be able to bring a well researched perspective to both the client and the candidate.
