About the Role:
YouMint.com is looking for Assistant Manager – Media Sales Support and Client Servicing, who will be a key contributor in ensuring realized revenue is generated through successful co-ordination between the Sales team, premium digital advertising agencies and brands and the Technology Team.
Job description and requirements:
• Relevant Experience of 1 year + in Client Servicing
• Proficient at analyzing market trends to provide critical inputs for business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies.
• Should have assisted in integrating/achieving services marketing metrics into all online/digital campaign which included supporting back-end integration of Service offering & tracking of all online campaigns.
• Aggressive co-ordination from the point of receipt of Sales Orders, to optimal Execution and Delivery
• Ensuring CRM is updated and maintained
• To resolve issues as per the set Service Level Agreements
• To ensure good customer satisfaction scores and customer retention
• Should be able to identify new streams for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference
• Preparation of client pitches for new business in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Responsible for YouMint Media Private Limited’s corporate website launch and upholding
• Effective communication with proven skills in Microsoft Office
