Content Manager for Cricket
at Client of Careernet Consulting in Mumbai, India
Hi,
We are looking helping to hire a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills of managing / creating a website on cricket for a leading MNC
The incumbent will be responsible for defining the strategy for the portal. He / she will be responsible for defining the features, content estates, User Experience for the website. He / she should have experience of managing a website, from feature definition to enhancements. He / she should be able to define online user behavior in this space and translate it into website features / tools/ applications.
Will work very closely with the internal content team and product team to define relevant content strategy and information abstraction on website and create an appealing website, with user stickiness and quick ramp on traffic.
Responsibilities
• End to end responsibility for defining the website roadmap.
• Defining the product features, layout, giving insights on the applications that can be developed which are user friendly and provide a tangible value to users
• Understanding consumer behavior in this space and translating it into website
• Working very closely with the content team to ensure relevant, correct and sticky content is provided on website
• Defining the user experience on website, which is appealing, easy to navigate and ensure repeat visitation.
• Coordinate web projects across departments
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
• Track and report on all site metrics
• Maintaining a competition tracker to see the evolution of consumer offering and remain ahead of the curve in defining features and tools
• Oversee freelancers, including writers, copyeditors and community outreach organizers
• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, and events
• Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
• Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors
