1. Sourcing/Screening of profiles across all verticals & all levels (PAN India)
2. Maintaining a healthy sourcing mix (Cost – Job portals, Employee Referrals, Advertisements etc)
3. Coordination with Business & HR operations team for induction of new candidates
4. Match up to the requirements of Month on Month recruitment Nos.
5. Rolling out offers
6. Maintaining & updating Position Trackers
7. Process compliance & adherence to all HR norms before the candidate joins or gets inducted.
