We are obsessed about hiring exceptionally talented people. We spend a lot of time identifying great people to work with and you will help us find great people faster. At some point the position might entail managing a whole network of specialists working on different areas of recruitment to help identify great talent in multiple areas. Be the star identifier for us. For this position, you need to truly care to be world-class. If your life’s mission is identifying great people and getting them into the work place this position will be of interest to you.
What you will be doing:
You will find and identify great talent across the country in different areas we are recruiting in.
Manage applicant relations and help them have a fair and efficient experience while working with us.
Manage schedules for talent we would like to bring in, work with the rest of the team to schedule interviews, offers etc.
Constantly work on innovative areas of recruitment. Utilizing social media, software code, friend networks and building networks within colleges etc to constantly have a flow of great talent to talk to.
Communicate professionally with candidates at all times and working treating all candidates with the utmost dignity and respect. You will need to maintain the highest confidentiality at all times.
Work with the team to provide presentations across the country, work on campus recruitments, unique recruitment drives and carefully measuring our effectiveness.
You will be reaching out and constantly identifying the best people in the space. This is not a desk job, your travel will take you across the nation in search of the most talented people.
What we expect from you :-
Bachelors degree or more
Rigorously analytical – we want you to work with constraints and optimize, relentlessly.
Exceptional focus on candidates and the drive to find the best talent and to leave no stone unturned to find the people you need.
Self driven and focussed. There will be lots of areas your inputs and efforts will be required, so you need to deliver relentlessly.
Have great attention to detail, verbal & written skills
Salary: 7L+ depending on experience.
Experience: 5-20 years
