Ohana Media is a technology driven advertising startup with presence in New Jersey, California, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Our flagship product OhanaQB enables marketers to understand their audience better and create individually tailored marketing experiences at scaled across all digital interaction points including paid search, natural search, display advertising, email and social media. Ohana QB focuses on intent and behavior segmentation and brings a new layer of actionable data over traditional web analytics.
This position requires you to collaborate very closely with clients, understand & dig deep consumer behavior and data insights; recommend customers closely on marketing opportunities that enhance performance.
This is a cross-functional role requires deep engagement with engineering, product management and sales to drive results for our clients' online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and do exploratory analysis for them, in addition to algorithmic recommendations generated by our platform. This is a high-pressure role requiring consistent raising of the bar to uncover additional improvement opportunities for clients.
We would love to work someone who has
a. Experience and understanding of online consumer businesses & marketing in domains like finance, travel, ecommerce, automobiles and large publishers.
b. Extremely familiar with web analytics and online marketing concepts and be a champion of generating and using data-driven insights for driving business results.
c. Able to contribute ideas to the product team, to constantly improve our recommendation and analytics engines.
d. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with online marketing, be extremely numerate and analytical, and with some prior exposure to modelling.
