About the Role:
We are looking for a self starter with good experience in content writing, preferably with experience of creating content for a travel or consumer magazine in the offline and/or online world. This individual would be responsible for researching and writing articles related to travel, destinations for website, blog, SEO submissions. This is a Full time position to be based out of our Gurgaon office.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of blue chip content writing experience with proven track record of success. Graduate in English, Arts & Humanities, Journalism, PR/Advertising. Excellent command over English language. Knack for writing interesting descriptions and an ability to create interesting visual pictures through the use of words. Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences
Understanding of Search Engine Optimization techniques/ marketing of internet products a big plus. Should be able to find ways to structure or classify multiple pieces of information .Exceptional researching skills, especially on the Internet
• Prior writing experience, especially in Travel would be an advantage
• Quick learner, ability to multi-task
• Pleasant personality & a good sense of humor Soft skills
• Self starter with a high level of drive and commitment
• High energy and drive to work in a startup environment.
• Conceptual thinking, flexibility and ability to juggle with multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and confidence to deal with complex issues
• Strong communication skills.
Compensation : Competitive, would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
