Role Description

• Conceptualize and create the world class ecommerce product

• End to end responsibility of the product from vision, execution and delivery (P&L).

• On-going Product Management

• Strong project management capabilities

• Closely work with design, development, content, logistics, marketing, customer service.

• Strong SEO knowledge

• Internet/product marketing experience: SMO, SMM, SEM

• Build & Implement strategies for customer acquisition & retention.

• Up-to-date on technologies and trends in the industry

• At least 2-3 years experience in product management or website management. Preferably from e-commerce domain

• Strong experience in working in cross functional teams, and ability to pitch in where needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior background in managing an internet product. We need you to be passionate about the online industry and to have an awareness of the online internet portal industry.

• We prefer someone who has worked in a startup and executed a product end to end or has worked in an online venture within the product function.

• Very strong attention to detail and the willingness to work hard to ensure that each aspect of the product is perfect

• Strong business management and analysis skills. Contagious can-do attitude and self-sufficient work style. P&L experience a plus.

• Derives pleasure in ‘customer delight’

• Strong understanding of the user on the internet.

• Power user of internet & web 2.0 platforms
