Asst Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager - Ad Sales

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Ability to identify, develop and sustain effective new business relationships with Ad Agencies and clients across all levels to manage advertising revenues.
Plan weekly sales cycle and schedule client and agency meetings.
Prepare client proposals and customized presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Customer driven approach and good customer management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and negotiations
• Any Graduate degree and MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-7 years of sales/marketing experience in Media Sales
• Experience with customer satisfaction measurement, customer segmentation analysis, advertising effectiveness research, and awareness & usage studies.
• A proven track record of achieving advertising sales targets
• Ability to deliver results under pressure.
• People with advertising sales experience on DTH Platforms will be preferred.

We are based out of Bangalore and are looking at strengthening our Media sales teams across Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai/Kolkotta.
