Objective
Provide inputs to aid financial management budgeting process, by budgets adherence, financial analysis, control & management. Ensure statutory & legal compliances.
Primary Role
1. Financial Reporting :
i) Timely reporting P&L & cash flow & comparisons with budgets for all businesses by the 2nd of following month.
ii) Funds flow analysis and working capital requirement based on the business current needs, future requirements & reporting this as agreed.
iii) Improving billing cycle & monitoring client, principal & vendor payment
Developing a client & vendor credit rating systems.
2. Campaign Financials :
i) Campaign wise budgeting and compliance. Reporting P&L at end of every campaign.
ii) Margin improvement initiatives for all campaigns on a campaign to campaign basis.
iii) Weekly collection plan, payment plan to suppliers Monitoring Status, updates.
3. Commercial & Accounts :
i) Helping in contractual agreements, adherences & compliance.
ii) Statutory & legal compliances & attending to cases / meetings / conferences as required.
iii) Incentive monitoring and disbursement every quarter
