Educational Qualification Required:

BE computers or IT /MCA/ Bsc with computer science

Requirements of Work Experience:

At least 3 to 4 years of experience with web based applications using ASP.NET with C# and SQL server 2000/2005

Knowledge in CMS driven web sites, intranet applications is preferable

Brief Job Description:

Keep track of all the ongoing projects and follow-up with a status reporting system. Allocate work within the team and follow up the projects maintaining the timelines till the internal delivery.

Discussions with the technical team about the front end - back end communication and decide on the technology issues accordingly

Play a project leadership role for the Applications team and bring about growth, strong processes and quality measures.

Handle the complete development role for new projects from start to internal delivery. This includes AMC related projects, enhancements, both fixed and change request based.

Ensure the processes and the methodology being followed in the team. This includes the documentation and backups, proper use of software, version controls, coding and quality standards, etc.

Handle all the projects under AMC with client communication and work allotment. Ensure backups and other processes for the reworked files for the maintenance.
