VP - HR & Corp Communications

A leading internet / dotcom company is looking for a VP - HR to be based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities are as follows:
Should be able to manage the entire Talent Acquisition function (manpower planning, sourcing & closures) and ensuring consistent standards in planning, selection and orientation processes
Responsible for hiring the senior and mid level teams and organization restructuring towards Business Goals
Should ensure Employee Orientation objectives, organizing induction sessions
Coach & assist employees in areas of Performance Management including goal setting, performance appraisals and career development
Actively drive alignment and compliance to all relevant company policies & procedures
Overall organizational development through training facilitation to manpower
Facilitate timely resolution of employee issues. Ensure discipline, grievance resolution & counseling is in line with the organization’s philosophy.
Conceptualization of various Employee Engagement initiatives across the organization to develop strong working relationships and trust among team members
Monitoring employee attrition risks; developing and implementing tactics to maximize Retention of key performers
Managing corporate communications
Managing brand Image and brand communication at every level
8 - 10 years of experience , age below 34 years.
