Manager - Search Engine Marketing

Our interactive services include display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), affiliate, website designing, analytics and social media marketing. On a normal day our team works with the likes of Max Bupa, Cleartrip, TATA AIG, Rupee Talk, Intel, Microsoft Bing (US), Microsoft Project (US), Microsof t Visio (US), Corbis Images, Reliance General Insurance, Shoppers Stop, Walt Disney, Zapak, Kotak, Axis, L&T Insurance to name a few.
Who are we looking for?
As the profile name suggest – “SEM/PPC Manager” someone who is carrying the label of Search specialist.
Must to have:
• Nice to have around 2-4 years of experience in the same profile. More than 4 years is not good as it looks like you are stuck in the same job for too long.
• Bcom/Mcom qualified but if you love numbers and get your way around, we are looking for you.
• Smart & Good in communication skills.
• Ability to provide logical reasoning.
What next when you are on board with us:
• Since you are a specialist you should scale up client’s business. (Strategic bidding, budget management, campaign enhancement and optimization.)
• We don’t expect much but to achieve overall client & Company objective in terms of business targets.
• Goes without saying the Client meetings, internal weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews.
• Execute campaigns across multiple search engines.
• And if you are the PPC/SEM expert, we are sure with your skills of Analytical thinking, Result oriented approach, Proficient in excel & Good communications and presentation skills.
• Last but very important Strong analytics & decision making skills to identify the problem areas & ability to take immediate corrective actions.
Good to have:
• Strong GK in nothing else but HTML, XHTML, Google Analytics or any other Web Analytics Software.
• Google Adword Professional.
