PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ SPECIFIC WORK EXPERIENCE:
MBA/Post graduation in Human Resource preferred. Should have worked in on most demanding, challenging and varied high-level assignments utilizing entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, combining demonstrable multi-tasking & organizational ability. Require a committed team player with strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organization skills for effective and productive transactions with people at all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible in handling end to end HR functions and responsible for overseeing all HR Operations.
• Ensuring Recruitment deliverables are met as per manpower plan.
• Ensure smooth induction and Employee Exit Process.
• Responsible for end to end closure and roll out of Performance Management System for respective span of control.
• Team Handling
• Will be responsible for setting KRA’s at the beginning of the year in consultation with manager.
• Will be responsible for planning manpower and cost budgeting with HOD’s for all lines of business under span of control.
• Will be responsible for Training and Development activities including preparing training budgets, training need identification coordinating programs, negotiating with external trainers and vendors for resources, training feedback, generating training MIS.
• Handling Employee Grievances.
• Handling Employee Engagement Activities
