Group Head / Media Manager
at One of the leading Advertising agency in Gurgaon, India
Job responsibilities -
1. Forecast market needs, planning product launches and campaigns
2. Identify key segments and develop a market positioning plan to target key segments
3. Design the marketing mix and delivery strategy for the client product portfolio
4. Assist client in developing and executing clint's branding strategy:
- Building corporate brand positioning in conjunction with market requirements and competitor profiling
- Overseeing the development of copy/content, creative, management of advertisement campaigns, etc. by liaising with agency, printers, designers, photographers etc.
- Developing project/product specific brand promotion plan and handle participation at various events for the client
- Organizing promotional events within budgetary allocations
- Handling appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns.
Skills / Competency required -
1. Media knowledge on planning, and Implementation of media plans
2. Created & executed 360 degree brand plans
3. From Marketing - Previous marketing/media experience in categories similar in complexity to FMCG, ex. Telecom, Personal care
4. From agency - responsible for a brand/portfolio on their own with regular interactions with brand teams
5. People Management
6. Excellent Communication & Conceptual skills
7. Ability to maintain calm during Firefighting situations
8. Knowledge and expert grasp on media, market planning tools & analysis
9. Experience - 4-6 years
